Everything was so so good! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because balconies are monitored by CCTV (which made us feel a bit uncomfy) and there is no smoking area. Apart from that, everything else was more than great!

This is our first night at this hotel and we are so disappointed with the cleanliness, especially the beds and bed linens. If you want to sleep in a clean bed, do not stay here!!! The mattress has what appears to be a urine stain on it, the sheets, pillows, and comforter are covered in hair and stains. We just had a short 2 night stay and it was great, the location couldn't have been better. Front desk staff were very helpful. Near the train station, near several sights and great views from our floor. The room was very nice and accommodated our family well. Easily could have stayed a few more days. Stayed in the Bonnie Suite and it was amazing! So many features, I particularly enjoyed the tv in the bathroom for a nice relax and the Dyson air wrap to give myself a bit of a pamper! Lovely balcony where you can see over Edinburgh and the bed was super comfy as well! Highly reccomend it was a lovely room and had a great stay!
