Novotel Edinburgh Park (solo trip)

Great location, next to station, v nice service, v good front desk, restaurant too good. We stayed in September end 2025. One front desk staff member Valentino was too supportive and great service oriented person. we were surprised by a hassle free early morning breakfast packets when we requested to checkout around 4 am in the morning. Cheaper on property parking 8-9 GBP for 24 hours.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to both the airport and the city center. The staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are clean, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. It’s also in a quiet area. I’d definitely stay here again when traveling.

To be honest, everything was fine except the atmosphere. Since the swimming pool is downstairs from the lobby, you are welcome by chlorine smell. The rooms seem to have fallen out of time, with their little decor and old images. However, service was great, the tram is close.

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. Beautiful spacious room and bathroom, very neat and clean. Cozy restaurant with delicious food and a cozy bar to have a drink in the evening. Very extensive breakfast buffet. Perfect location, just a three-minute walk to the tram stop where a tram to the city center leaves every seven minutes. I truly enjoyed staying here! The hotel is in such a convenient spot right next to the Edinburgh Park train station,easy access from the airport and then you can go right into Edinburgh on the train.
