Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh – Royal Mile (couple trip)

The service by the hotel staff blew my mind. A big shout out to Birsen, David and the team who made our 1 night stay so memorable. They went the extra mile to delight us by coordinating with the Housekeeping to decorate our room to celebrate our anniversary ❤️ Their kindness were soooo heartwarming. Great hotel, surprisingly well located for Royal Mile and a waking tour of Edinburgh. The staff were great and the rooms are a high standard. They just need to get their lift sorted (it has a mind of it's own and frequently ends up on the wrong floor...)
