Great staff, and a good location next to Ocean Terminal and the trams. King-bedded-room was of a good size, and the decor was fine. However... Comparatively expensive, but that is primarily due to the location. The rooms were as you would expect, but they were in top condition and cleaned immaculately. Nothing was dated or worn. Service was excellent throughout. Breakfast areas are busy from 8:30 a.m. on weekends, so plan ahead. You will be asked to clear your table if you have just finished eating and folks are queueing. Very clean and great rooms. Very comfortable bed. A very nice breakfast but very crowded as well. On the water front, very close to the Britannia ship. Easy to walk along the waterfront and some wonderful restaurants at the pier house. there is a fee for parking with a discount as a hotel guest

Old building and rooms. Lifts are worn out. There is no telephone in the room to call the reception. Breakfast time was super busy, and the items emptied out fast.
