A nice hotel in the middle of the city. Rooms were clean, carpet not so much. Sink was leaking, but we were promptly checked into another room. Polite and courteous staff. Sumptuous buffet breakfast, they even have bags if you want take some away like croissants, cakes etc. I highly recommend this hotel. I would stay there again if I visit Edinburgh.

This hotel was great! Comfy beds and breakfast included was greatly appreciated! Proximity to transit and groceries was also awesome! The staff was great!!! Stayed at Holiday Inn City West and was genuinely surprised by how comfortable it was. The rooms are spacious and clean, which you don’t always get in a city hotel.
