Four Points by Sheraton Edinburgh (couple trip)

I stayed for two nights at the Four Points by Sheraton in Edinburg, and my experience was mixed. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast, although nothing exceptional, was good enough to start the day. However, several aspects were disappointing. Izabella & femi welcomed us at reception and with good service and a big smile. And answered any of our queries. The cozy room was perfect and exactly like the picture and was very clean. We tried the breakfast which was lovely. I would highly recommend staying here as it is not far from the main town. 17 min walk.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the tiles in the shower were broken and should be replaced. Even though a big road was right next to it, it was surprisingly quiet. The service was great. They helped with any questions, made excellent coffee and were always helpful and patient with someone (my mom), who doesn't speak the language too well.
