Delta Hotels Edinburgh (couple trip)

Never book this hotel again as its very bad experience of services.We booked double bed but they provide keys for single -sigle 2 beds when we reach.we requested to reception and saw our booking details.she said to make it double later on and we stayed 4 days and no one came to change it.and No providing enough stuffs which are very normal for 4 star hotels.There was hair dryer but no comb???? Had such a lovely trip with my friends for the weekend, we had a small run in with a group of lads the first night of our stay and a lovely lady that worked at the front desk (kayley I believe) sorted them right out with no hassle and kept us safe and happy. Lovely bar staff, good amenities comfortable rooms. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about it

Stayed here for 2 nights, clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly. Good range of breakfast and gluten free bread available. Direct bus opposite hotel to Edinburgh centre. The gym and pool with sauna and steam room were great but closed too early. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. We had no difficulty parking a car in the lot. Our room included a mini fridge. They had flavored water in the lobby and a water refill station with sparkling or still water. Our room was fine, though stuffy despite opening the window.
