What makes it 61% Baby-Friendly: Babies enter free, pushchairs and a staffed changing room are allowed, yet narrow galleries and quiet etiquette mean parents should limit stays and be ready to step outside if fussing.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows you to view main exhibitions and take baby breaks
Explore Italian Renaissance drawings:
View around 80 original drawings by artists like Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo.
Tip: Pick up the free multimedia guide and carry your baby in a carrier for hands-free listening.
Admire the chapel-turned-gallery architecture:
Notice 19th-century church features in the gallery’s high ceilings and stone walls.
Tip: Use benches near doorways to rest and let your baby settle.
Visit the Café at the Palace:
Relax in the nearby café with views of the palace grounds.
Tip: Use the baby-care room next door for feeding or changing, then try the freshly baked scones.
