Bath Abbey is a stunning Gothic church located in the heart of the city of Bath, England. Founded in the 7th century and rebuilt in the 16th century, it is renowned for its fan-vaulted ceiling, large stained-glass windows, and historic monuments. The abbey stands on the site of ancient Roman baths and remains an important place of worship and heritage.

The Abbey is also divided into various sections with prayer rooms with seating, candles etc. I was quite impressed by how many things are laid out inside. I would al...

It is truly astonishing. When I see such dates and then look at this magnificent building in impeccable condition (pardon my superlatives), I can't help but adore that... Another reason this place attracts many tou...

Lovely Abbey to visit. Very helpful and friendly staff. The history and Architecture are both interesting and stunning, as is the small museum in the basement.. Some really thoughtful displays. I particularly liked some of the history around the stained glass & the craftsmen who Brough them to life.. Well worth a visit

We attended the Bath Abbey Tower Tour and had a wonderful time! Lots of steps, you go right to the top of the Abbey (which is quite high from the ground). Incredible views of the city and such an informative tour with Toby & Jamen. Thanks again!
