The worst HOTEL ever in my life. Nothing like the pictures no parking available you need to search for an 1 hr or more to park if you come late. NOT CLEAN, cockroaches in the room which is disgusting. Very smelly. rotten toilet. Water not flowing in your shower. DIRTIEST HOTEL EVER. No AIR-CONDITIONING CONTROL. booked this hotel through Agoda for October 3-4 but I accidentally selected the wrong dates. From the same day, I started contacting both the hotel and Agoda to correct it but no one took responsibility. The hotel staff keep saying, “Call Agoda,” and Agoda says, “It depends on the hotel.” I’ve been calling and messaging for days, and still no response or solution. Very disappointed with the rude behavior of the hotel staff. I’ve raised this issue with Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) for proper investigation. Guests deserve respectful treatment, especially in a city like Dubai. The one & only worst hotel and worst service in history of Dubai Hotel.
