Very well situated hotel downtown. It's just across Dubai Mall on a very interesting street with great views from the front rooms. Very good experience from the concierge and the cleaning team but poor from the breakfast . Insufficient and not at all coordinated. We took the breakfast only one out of the four days. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the location is perfect. Breakfast was nice and most of the staff were friendly. But the room was dated and our entire floor smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. All of our clothes now smell like cigarettes and we are not smokers. We also had a problem with our bags being sent to the wrong room upon check-in. We would not stay here again.
