Citymax Hotel Bur Dubai (couple trip)

Recently we had stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. Room size is small however the service provided by Mr Showkat from housekeeping was amazing. Small gesture like greeting us everyday morning was truly nice, He used to clean our room everyday morning without us telling him and he made sure everything was in place. Good breakfast options everyday with Jain food options available Location is perfect

I did a family event City Cafe. Fantastic setup and assistance from the entire team. Thanks to Chef Nikhil and Saurabh for an amazing menu and assistance throughout the evening. The food was incredible and atmosphere was very pleasant. Also a shout-out to Janam and Masum and the rest of the team who very very helpful.

We were for 5 days in Citymax hotel and it was a great place. The hotel was at centre point due to which we were able to get to any point easily. Also the staff were supportive and kind by nature. The house keeping staff was also very nice specially Shafiq who was always there for us whenever we needed anything. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay.😊
