Citymax Hotel Al Barsha at the Mall (solo trip)

Excellent experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal specially Karla from City Cafe. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy good food. Everything exceeded my expectations — highly recommended!

Me and my husband had a good stay at Citymax. The location is very nice — close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The hotel offers great value for money, with clean rooms and friendly service. We would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

It is a nice modernish hotel. I do not recommend for kids. Pros: few minutes walk from the Mall of the Emirates with a metro station, many shops, restaurants and supermarkets near by, lulu hypermarket 10 min walk, free shuttle bus to a lovely beach with amenities, really nice breakfast Cons: the rooms are small - it is not a big problem, but the bed was extremely small, too small for two people ...

Perfect 3 Star hotel! Great location, tidy clean rooms and most importantly - wonderful professional helpful crew! Mr Farid at the reception and his crew with Eleonora and other ladies always do their best to help with everything. My guest were nearly crying out of emotions after having her room decorated for birthday and a cake served at the hotel restaurant. Pleasure to return with another group...
