Just home from the most amazing stay at the Ciel! We had a beautiful room on the 52nd floor - the view was incredible. The staff couldn’t have been better, they made every moment feel so easy. A special shoutout to Ganesh and Christabella on floor 11 at the pool and sport bar. They took amazing care of us. Thank you very much! We will be back.

One of the best service I every had in a hotel. I love how friendly the whole stuff is. Especially the bar team at the pool level 11, the whole breakfast crew and the stuff at the lounge.
