Al Sarab Hotel (couple trip)

have been staying at Hotel Al Sarab for the past 20 days, and my experience has been excellent. The staff here is very polite, helpful, and professional. I especially want to highlight Esa, one of the cleaners. His dedication to work, attention to detail, and polite behavior truly stand out. He keeps the rooms extremely clean and always greets guests with a smile.

Very disappointing experience at check-in After traveling for two hours, we were very disappointed with the way we were treated upon arrival at Al Sarab Hotel. My ID was expired, and instead of explaining the situation politely, the female receptionist rudely said, “This is expired, I cannot accept this,” and immediately declined our check-in. The hotel is good and the rooms are good but the staff are very unprofessional and they have absolutely no knowledge of hospitality nor customer service, they treat guest as if the paid for there room. I highly DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL,,, all the staff are together in it as a group of highly untrained, unprofessional and extremely rude.

⚠️ One of the dirtiest and most unhygienic hotels I’ve ever seen. I booked for 2 nights but could not bear it — the room smelled terrible, was full of dust, and I even developed allergies. Great place. Depends on the likes. However, the lobby has a strong smoke smell. Breakfast is very weak. Was there for 5 nights but was served the exact same remade Breakfast every single day.
