Really nice and decent hotel in a great location! Just a short walk to Patong Beach and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Despite being near the lively areas, it’s surprisingly quiet at night, perfect for a good rest.. The breakfast was good too and overall it’s excellent value for money.

The area is crowded but once you enter in the hotel alley, it just somehow gets calm and quieter. Everything you need is in walking distance and the alley itself has some aura. The rooms are quite good, the rooms are way spacious than most of the Phuket typical mid range hotels. The balcony offers a great view to us. Staffs were amazing. Breafast has small but good items. Location is amazing and in the middle of everything the service of the rooms and reception have been lovely as well as the booking of the day activities. The rooftop pool and bar has stunning views. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer well priced hotel. I also thank the staff for their hospitality and the buffet breakfast have been interesting and different every morning

The concierge service was great and our request attended to promptly. We had received a lot of assistance with regards to parking from the security guards, who are super helpful. Room service lady was not so fluent in English, however, the overall experience is acceptable. Can see she is hardworking and trying her best.
