We booked this hotel at the last minute, the family room was big enough, however the washroom was too small. The shower is too slow and the commode gets wet whilst showering. The shower area should be separated. Not many options in breakfast, no buffet, very basic menu was served. Stayed for 3 nights, skipped it for rest of the 2. Overall okay experience, wouldn’t come again.

Coconut Nanai: really enjoyed our stay here! Rooms were good and staff were friendly. Think there was a recent refurbishment where some things were left behind (bathrooms and doors). Rooms very spacious! Breakfast was nice but quite limited. Good location if you want a bit of peace and quiet. But a bit of a walk to Patong beach (30mins). Good stay for the price!

We had a good time. But I was saddened by the sight of the fish in the dining room. In a very small aquarium, alone in warm water, with zero room to move... It would be good if he were returned to his own habitat because he is definitely not happy here... :(

Old and dirty hotel, owner is only interested earning money. Hundreds of roaches and other bugs living in bathroom doors, no hot water, bad wifi. And he wanted to increase price for new year x2.
