Sugar Palm Residence (solo trip)

Depends on the rooms. Many rooms are privately owned but they are space and very quiet. Location is great! 5 minutes from old town many restaurants around and one of the best just next door: o oh !

Room and service is good , neat & clean. Very easy to go old town , Market also, Low budget with safety

We stayed at Sugar Palm Residence for two nights, the location is good, quiet, and the room are clean and comfortable. I just don’t give 5 stars, because the room didn’t have a second toilet paper roll, we had to buy it ourselves, and in a hotel I would expect that this is not necessary

Very disappointed with the staff and the hotel’s policy. It was extremely embarrassing to find out that the so-called “one-time usable” slippers were actually being reused by other guests, simply washed and handed out again. The slippers got torn when we used them at the beach, so we had to throw them. Despite this, the hotel demanded that we return the torn slippers and charged us heavily for not...

We were charged an unreasonable fee for not returning the one-time-use slippers, which tore after normal use to the shops. The slippers were not mentioned anywhere in the hotel belongings list, so we assumed they were complimentary. This policy felt unfair and should be clearly communicated to guests.
