It felt very isolated and not tourist friendly at all. We booked the suite and it was way too small for a suite. We didn't expect that. It looked like a normal room with a divider and two acs, one on each side of the divider. No bathtub. No electricity as there was some transformer blast in the early morning. The next day no water on the floors, maybe the water reservoir was out of all the water. ...

Very few staff to attend to us.Rooms are clean though they forgot to clean our mini fridge .breakfast is average .overall a decent stay .

Definitely a good decision of mine to book our room here in Phuket. The hotel is a little on the outskirts of the old town market but easily accessible to various other markets and even the rasada pier is just 15 mins away. The staff is very helpful and polite and the overall property is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Need to add more items in buffet. Also need to improve room service. I have ordered 2 water bottles. They refuse to bring to the room instead they asked me to collect from reception.
