Pearl Hotel Phuket (with kids)

Property was like a pearl itself.... So friendly and budget stay.... Superb service and amazing staff performance... Totally loved our family vacation tour....

The beds are so uncomfortable. A whole party of 4 waking up with back ache. The beds are also on wheels, so any movement caused it to roll around the room. They also didn't provide a double bed, instead just stuck 2 singles together. We had to keep getting our key cards reset because it would randomly stop working. This hotel is truly a hidden gem. I cannot understand how it is classed as a 3 star property. It is luxury. There is a doorman to open the door for you as you enter and leave, a driveway up to the hotel lobby. The lobby itself is very glamorous. See pictures for reference. The rooms are pristinely clean. Stay two night, check in smoothly. Credit give to front counter staff, name's PLA very polite and helpful, changed highest floor with good view while my request. The lobby and room clean and comfortable. Will stay again when next visit to Phuket.

I had an amazing hotel experience with a great atmosphere, warm and friendly staff, and outstanding hospitality.
