Patong Bay Residence (couple trip)

Worst hotel with horrible staff and pathetic service. Courtesy is zero, attitude is bad. During checkin staff will be there to assist with luggage, while check out they deny same service asking customers to do their own thing. Ask for water or extra towel, they dont seem to bother. Hotel location is next to a mosque which ruins your vacation with early morning sounds. Zero rating for this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I booked a 2 hours oil massage and it was worth every minute. The pressure was perfect and the therapist kept checking if I was comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back again.
