My Hotel Phuket (with baby)

Stayed here for 2 weeks location is amazing staff is kind and polite got worried after booking and reading the reviews but it was a pleasure to stay with these guys highly recommended 🙏🏻

Worst service!worst staff in reception,no knowledge! No manners at all! Such a shame for this hotel to have a very Horrible customer service! Such a waste of money if you will book here!

Location is great, a 5 minute walk from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. There's also a few restaurants outside if you need a quick bite to eat after arriving/waiting to check in and so on. The service was okay, the staff are more friendly than the reception desk. Attention: We booked a deluxe room with 55 m2, but we got a standard room with 35 m2.
