Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort (solo trip)

The hotel is very adequate and staff delightful as always in Thailand. It’s directly opposite the beach over a busy road. The only downside is that if you like genuine southern Thai food there is none available. Almost all food nearby caters to tourists - mostly Arab and Indian and Russian. I’m a big food lover so always have to get in a cab to go to old town to get excellent food.
