They help resolve with great recommendations for things to do in Phuket and at the same time with ideas of how we can travel to the city as well. Worst experience ever with this hotel and their staff! No elevator, no bellboy we had to carry all our luggage by ourselves. Big disappointment with the room too,we booked a 2 bedroom, but there was only one washroom and no proper shower. No iron in the room, and when we asked, they wanted a 500 Baht deposit! We were just 30 minutes late for checkout, and they charged that 500 Baht as well. Totall...

The place was a bit old. I was afraid I might break something. The service were all fine, just that it felt a bit old. The views and pool were good. Location not that great for me since it on top of a hill... you can't walk anywhere, especially if you are coming back from other activities. They do offer shuttle service though
