B2 Phuket Premier Hotel (couple trip)

Best under budget I had booked around 1000 THB /night and it was a premium feel of the hotel/room ( except the bed as it was too firm ) Would still recommend this hotel. ( They also ask 500 THB as deposit which is refunded after checkout ).

We stayed for 2 days but room service was done for just 1 day and room remained unattended on 2nd day. Food should also be there. The location of hotel is quite far off from beaches n other prime locations in phuket. You do not find cab very easily there. So a lot of cons of staying in that area though the hotel is okay. Rooms should also have facewash, moisturizer, dental kit included.

everything was very good I didn't like the bed the mattress is hard and the air conditioner has a very noticeable sound when the air conditioner is working when it gets to temperature it turns off then turns on and this sound is quite loud,

I don’t know how this is a 4 stars hotel. Design is very old. You can hear all other guests in other rooms. You dont get toothbrush… in today’s standards. This hotel would be 1 star or less
