5 stars for their lunch buffet experience. We had an exclusive hotel tour and a hassle-free lunch buffet at The Twin Towers Hotel, made possible by Scents of Siam Travel and Tours Thailand, a Bangkok-based travel agency. Lunch buffet spread features international dishes that every guests would love. For me, i love their dumplings, lots of Thai delicacies and dishes, their fresh fruits options. H...

The lobby was amazing. Stayed 2 days in here. The location was pretty convenient. The room we stayed at was old style room, and some of the electrical socket doesn't work. i think most of the hotel part was renovated to fit new chic simplicity design but some part still looks old and antique. The gym was adequate but the swimming pool was the highlight of the hotel. It was a pleasant stay.

Had a great stay at Twin Towers Hotel Bangkok! The room was always clean, with fresh towels and daily housekeeping without fail. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive always ready to help with a smile. Excellent service overall. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a short ride from MBK, Siam Square, and Siam Paragon. Highly recommend for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

However, upon check-in, we were informed that no double bed was available, and we were given a twin room instead. The issue was resolved by moving us to the correct room on the second day, though it was a bit inconvenient and took some time out of our trip. On the positive side, th...

Check in was quick , but I had to return again as my room cards were not activated. The executive rooms are a good size. Simple but comfortable. It's nice as it has a bath tub, The room has a safe box, kettle and fridge. They don't give you enough toiletries. Very small bottles provided. Not enough for 2 people.
