My child was injured in the hotel and needed to be hospitalized under general anesthesia. I didn't mean to embarrass the hotel nor did I want the hotel to bear all the responsibility. I just felt that they should show goodwill and sincerity instead of being indifferent. Great location. Easy to walk to Icon Siam. Great breakfast. Kind staff. Has a small shop similar to 7 Eleven. The bed in the superior king room is hard. The hotel is showing signs of aging. The pool is nice.

The 4-star hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions and shopping malls. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of dishes, although some items like poached eggs may take around 15-20 minutes to prepare.
