Amazing hotel with amazing workers. I had 2 stays there . And the lady who is in the reception in the morning shift was really helpful to keep my luggage. They were really kind all workers. While the hotel is reasonably located, it could use some refreshing. There are no towels or staff members available at the pool or pool bar, despite having scheduled hours. The breakfast was simple but enjoyable. However, the reception staff weren't always the most friendly or helpful. Check-in was quick, and be sure to have a 1,000 baht cash deposit ready upon arrival.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room is quite old. Everytime they make a room they only fix the bed. But they don't even broom the floor nor clean the toilet! When We arrived at the first day the shower floor is dirty there are fallen hairs from the previous guests. Its obviously that they didn't clean it properly. It’s cheap. If you expect so much more from it you’ll just be disappointed. Frankly, it’s the best value amongst the other hotels in the area. Sure it’s not very clean and cracks are all over the place. Superficial things. The AC and WiFi work well. Pool is a good size. Gym even has new equipment. And yes only 2 pillows, no hand towels.
