SimpleStay Chatuchak, SureStay Collection by Best Western (couple trip)

If you like staying in a hospital, but don't want to risk death, this place is an excellent option. The surrounding area is a bit complicated and a bit of a dump so i'd recommend arriving by helicopter if possible. The shower fittings are my favorite brand (vrh) and are totally excellent, as is the tile work and grouting in the shower.

Word of advise it doesn't hurt to update the location of the hotel on Google map so when people look for it by walking, the map doesn't send people to the backyard with high wall no way to enter except from the front. It’s very very very small. Can’t even open up a big luggage, but small luggage Shd be fine. The bed is very big and comfortable. Accessing the entrance and rooms is quite troublesome because you have to go through many doors and escalators and lifts. Loved this place. Friendly staff and clean room. We were travelling by long distanced trains. The location is close to the railway central station. Taxi was about 50thb to the hotel from the train station. There is also a metro line station nearby. Both are at walking distance. Nearby the hotel there are many choices of food centres, cafes and malls with and without air-conditioning!!

There is no hot water (only cold water supply) for a shave. The room is so tiny that the person sleeping near the window would need to climb over their partner to get out of bed. The place is a building site and getting to reception is like fighting your way through a maze. Don't even think about arriving before 2pm - I arrived at 1:20pm and was told to come back at 2pm.
