Great location , but the rooms are getting a bit dated and shabby at this stage which is a pity. A few links of paint , window and air con repairs and this place would be great

Prime location. Good view if you get room with bangkok skyline. Our apartment was super clean, with great view. They have spas, grocery store in Ground floor. Pool is not clean. Special mention is a small coffee shop (ROSELYN Café & Workspace) near reception/ entrance area. Great place to have one's morning coffee. Owner guy is very sweet.

That was awful stay in Bua Suite Sukhumvit - we booked 5 nights. During first day we detected cockroaches in the kitchen. We requested a refund for the rest 4 night and checked out next day. They rejected to give us a refund. Please be careful, don’t book this apartment on Booking or anywhere. In fact, they stole our money for 4 days!

Wanted to go and see the nana district. Booked 3 nights and paid 125€. Never again. Old environment, very used. Only cold water in the shower. And the strongest… cockroaches in the bed. Pool is ok. But everything is forbidden by the pool. No smoking no beer during sunbathing. Was an experience, but never again.

Also the neighbours are ...
