Novotel Bangkok Bangna (solo trip)

the wardrobe, table, bed, and etc were poorly maintained in 4 star hotel standard. the bathroom facilities were outdated with no handheld shower head design. No indoor slipper provided by default, guest has to call for room service to request, very inconvenient. lighting in lobby, bedroom, and walkway was weak, please change to brighter lighting.

A bit away from the city . The hotel is a 4 star property with good service. They were able to arrange a driver and car for us for local touring. As vegetarians we had certain food requirements which were immediately catered to. Stayed a week here while attending to work nearby. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. It is quite far from the shopping area but since it was for work the location was good. It is also very near to the airport which is a plus

The location is very close to the international airport and city views are spectacular from higher floors.
