Not so good: Noisy background music everywhere. Very noisy room to room/hallway and slamming doors. Also at night at 02:30am. Noisy guests and children. No boat services. Oneway shuttle bus only to BTS Good: Elderly man in reception was very friendly and helpful. Nice view from riverside. Good cleaning and service standards.

The experience was fantastic! It was a wonderful family vacation. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, the riverside breakfast was impressive, the pool was clean, and the facilities were complete. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok. P.S.: The hotel does not provide toiletries.

We stayed at Ibis Riverside a whole week and we had an amazing stay with family. Hotel is perfectly located, many facilities nearby and hotel also provides many facilities such as breakfast, dinner and a very nice swimming pool with view on the river. Hotel is clean and staff very helpful and always with a smile. Spa in hotel is great but other spa salons 2 mins walk from hotel are worth as well....

Nice staff, good food, good cocktails, good pool. Some scummy customers sometimes. Rooms have a bit of damp. They should remove panelling in the bathrooms, improve extractor fans or leave the aircons running in the rooms. Or perhaps on a timer so moisture doesn't build up. For the price it's a solid choice in this area.

Pretty good overall, rooms are clean and functional, the staff are polite and courteous. The Hotel is located in a quieter part of town, which is good if you want to relax. The beauty of the place is river, and the party boats going past! As with most hotels, when someone slams a door, the whole floor gets to enjoy it...bring your earplugs🤔😆
