I've stayed at this hotel over ten times, but my recent experience was disappointing. I was assigned a suite on the eighth floor, and the layout was surprisingly poor. The toilet wasn't working well, and the air conditioning was ineffective. On a positive note, the staff were excellent. Fantastic services by the hotel staff. The reception staff (sorry, we didn't get her name) ensured that we were settled down perfectly. The staff at the Ginger restaurant are a gem. Both Nice and Cookies served us with bright smiles, always checking if our food is to our satisfaction and remember our special order for tea perfectly.
