Chateau de Sukhumvit (couple trip)

DO NOT RECOMMEND,The reception is nosy , we don’t have any privacy staying here,he was trying to knows your every movement even your personal business, I don’t even have privacy and security here, feeling more like boarding school than a hotel.

Stayed here for about 7 days total. Spent 2 nights here then left for Pattaya and when we came back to Bangkok we spent another 5 nights. The rooms are clean and the staff are amazing. Cleaning staff friendly. However rooms are noisy and they actually do long term rentals which I wasnt aware of before booking. Noisy Thai family in room right next door. Room unclean and unchecked before arrival. There was visible poo and fecal matter around the toilet which they blamed on a 'screw' and also footprints on the toilet seat. Took 300 baht off my deposit (initially tried to take 500) ...

Lovely big rooms with a balcony view, big comfortable bed, separate bathroom, couch, desk, AC and refrigerator. Desk staff went out of their way to help. All staff were friendly n kind. A great, budget-friendly place to stay n very central. They even have a free tuk tuk service to the nearest station several times a day!

I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel, and it completely ruined my day. The woman working at the front desk, an older lady, was shockingly rude and unprofessional.
