What makes it 84% Couple-Friendly: Ringside views, shared excitement, food and beer on-site, and convenient shuttle make an energetic date night, but limited romantic privacy and hard seats drop comfort slightly.
Why 1–3 hours visit duration is ideal for couple trip: Gives time to watch the pre-fight Wai Kru ceremony, several bouts, and a ringside photo op without rushing.
Ringside Muay Thai fight:
Feel the intensity of live Muay Thai up close at ringside.
Tip: Book seats online early for THB 1,600–2,000 per person to secure the best view.
Wai Kru Ram Muay ceremony:
Watch fighters perform the traditional pre-fight dance and warm-ups.
Tip: Arrive by 16:00–17:00 to catch the free ceremony before most visitors arrive.
Sample stadium snacks:
Try Chang beer and Thai chips sold inside between rounds.
Tip: Carry small bills (THB 60–100 per snack) to skip long queues at break time.
Post-fight photo with winners:
Pose with a victorious fighter dripping in sweat and tiger balm.
Tip: Head to ringside immediately after the main bout for the complimentary photo opportunity.
Free shuttle to Chatuchak BTS:
Take the stadium shuttle bus back to Chatuchak BTS station.
Tip: Go directly to the shuttle stop after the show to avoid a long line.

Great venue. You can see the action no matter where you sit. Food carts outside.. and they are good value. Just bring trousers and a hood because the air conditioning works over time here. Gets very cold. Well worth a visit. BE CAREFUL IF YOU BRING A LARGE CAMERA HERE... security will tell you off. Even though there is 100 other people live streaming on their phones and taking pictures. Seem to ha...

Came on for a one friday fight night, bought tickets online. All staff were friendly and entrance was seamless. Free seating inside but all areas have a good view of the ring, no need to buy anything more than the cheapest category. Would recommend for any combat sport fans! Takes about 1.5h to get there from bangkok city although you could come in later as early fight cards are mostly debutants....

We watched multiple times of Muay Thai fights in this stadium. It is not as fancy as the other stadium, but it has the ambience of a sporty venue. The bleachers were clean, the staff spoke English very well. The lights were great and the sound wasn't very loud but just fine.

Yeah! Get 'em! Watch some dudes and dudettes (respectfully) kick, knock, and wrestle the salt out of each other - for a very reasonable price. All fighters were prepared (well, not all) and they were all all (mostly) respectful and exchanged pleasantries before and after each fight. All fighters were exhausted and well-spent after their encounters. There are beers here ringside as well as popcorn ...

Had a blast! Amazing experience. Paid for seats in the CAT 1 area (SEATS 9 and 10). Although the view was great, WAY TOO MANY people kept walking in front of us as the seats are located in a main walk-way. So it was hard to record any good footage and honestly became very frustrating. Next time, we will consider cheaper seats now that we know how the stadium is set up. Overall 10/10 experience.
Bangkok’s wet season (May–Oct) can slow traffic; allow extra travel time and dress in layers inside the cool stadium.
