I had always planned to visit the Jim Thompson House but often ran out of time. On this trip, we made it a priority, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Bangkok. The house is incredibly well preserved and sits among lush gardens, offering a peaceful escape from the city’s hustle. The guided tour was informative and well paced. You’re led through various sections of the ho...

Very informative. Showed loads of cool artefacts which were authentic and some over 1000 years old. The tour guide was very knowledgeable with go English. The museum require you to tour which takes around 45 minutes. There was also an information section about Jim himself. The house is so beautiful! The house itself is not wheelchair accessible, since there are stairs and big steps going to each ...

Very beautiful! Rustic, hidden in the lush vegetation, beautifully rehabilitated. Visiting the interior is only possible as part of a guided tour. Very interesting, I liked the guidance, thanks to the guide lady! There is also a nice terrace where you can drink a beer!

The art, decor, and design of the house are all a thing of beauty. But the main highlight for me was the greenery surrounding the house and how peaceful it felt to walk around. Also, a nice cafe on the premise where you ca...
