How Baby-Friendly is Asiatique Sky?

72%Baby-Friendly
View Map

What makes it 72% Baby-Friendly: Infants may sit on an adult lap in enclosed cabins and paths take strollers, yet no formal nursing room, flashing lights and amplified music at peak hours mean parents must plan feeds and exits.

  • Baby-Changing Facilities: Restrooms near each warehouse have free changing tables.
  • Enclosed, Air-Conditioned Cabins: Ferris wheel pods stay cool and safe for holding your baby in your lap.

Challenges:

  • No Dedicated Nursing Room: Bring a nursing cover or use a quiet café corner for privacy.
  • Peak-Hour Queues: Lines for the Ferris wheel grow after 19:00; arrive early to reduce wait.
  • Evening Rain Risk: Monsoon showers can start after sunset; keep stroller rain gear handy.

It's not one of the most impressive Ferris wheels I've ever been to, but it was nice. You have a nice view from the cabins, especially towards the Chao Phraya river. It wasn't crowded at all when I visited, on a Tuesday, around 4:30 PM.

There was no queue, and tickets were 500 THB per person, with children under 120 cm receiving a 50% discount. The views are great, and there's plenty to see and do around the area.

Lots of potential but it doesn't happen. The compartments in the wheel are closed and the windows aren't clean enough so visibility isn't really good. In addition, the compartments are closed and there's no good ventilation. The price is expensive for a lackluster experience

Very nice and good experience. Cost was at 500 Baht which is quite reasonable. We only had about five minutes waiting time, the ride takes approximately 15 minutes. The views you have (if the sky is clear) are amazing. Make sure you see sun set. Overall a very good affordable experience
