Novotel Barcelona City (couple trip)

He works in the Hotel Restaurant and his personality and genuine soul was refreshing. He was polite, welcoming and actually took the time to speak and get to know his guests. The new bartender who was just starting as I started my stay was fantastic and professional at all times. He was part of what made the stay fantastic. The menu was reasonably priced, the location was on tram and metro lines, and there was a large shopping complex across the street, steps from the park. Highly recommend.

This hotel is great! The best thing about it is the fantastic customer service.. oh and the rooftop pool and view !!
