Limehome Barcelona Plaça Pirineus (solo trip)

Cancelled our booking at the last minute, said they would help find another accommodation for us but never did. It was difficult because we had two children and we were already on the plane to Barcelona when we were told it was cancelled.

Extremely bad experience to check in. Worst check in experience ever. We booked thru hotels.com and expected we would able to check in right away upon arrival but it’s not. There’s no one no front desk to help with check in. I had to call a number (glad we have local phone no otherwise more screw up) and was told I “supposed” to receive an email with a link to fill out all info before I could get ...

The apartment was lovely - spacious, well-equipped and with a lot of light. Cosy and clean. Heating was working well. Showers are nice and the hot water comes fast. To park use a nearby parking called "Viajeros". The only negative point is that there is a bar under the building and some days they put music and talk aloud until 22:30h.

Had some issues checking in without doing anything wrong on my part. Also in the ventilation system there seems to be an added odour output just like casinos in Las Vegas. This is actually pretty bad for anyone with asthma or allergies. This is something you cannot switch off. There also a lot og alcoholics and a few homeless sleeping on benches outside. This is not something I mind but I know man...

It is okay place to stay but not that great very small bathroom like very tiny showers, no breakfast options, lift very small, a little expensive and not that quite. No one from staff is there if u need any help.
