Here are some examples: 1) No Elevator (Broken) - Their Service Elevator didn't work either which is located in another building. 2) Make sure you have your Passport on you. This Hostal is amazing. Right in the middle of everything, very clean room with loads of space, very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend to everyone that wants a nice place to stay.

The good: The location is perfect. It is very clean. Personnel is kind, helpful and very nice. The not so good: Aircond was noisy. Bed and bedding was not so comfortable. Rooms are not sound-isolated. Note: the people next door was noisy, so I called the admin at 2AM and little after the noise stopped. I'd like to think that the admin told them to be quiet.

Great location - near metro and shops/restaurants on street behind. Safe area. Close enough to Las Ramblas to walk, yet far enough to get away from the madness. Clean room. Ours had a nice view of the courtyard and a small balcony with table and two chairs.
