Happy People Maragall (solo trip)

Worst expierience with the company Happy People, and also with the place: it was really dirty (no one did anything about it), the system for entering the apartment is horrible (we had to wait hours in the street) and the neighbours calling the police at the lowest noise.

Terrible management of the company towards customers, neighbors and their rest. Not recommended at all.

Several students rented the apartment, and when we'd already paid, they wanted to move us to a worse place. Since we didn't want to leave, they came in the middle of the night and cut off our water... it was horrible. They didn't honor the contract. They also tell you they'll fine you for complaints from neighbors, to get money from you, with no evidence of anything. And they often threaten you. T...

Run away! This is the worst Airbnb experience ever; this listing should be reported. And keep in mind that we only stayed two nights. First, they charge you a tourist tax per night, per person, which isn't mentioned in the listing. You have to pay this tax on the day of arrival, even though Airbnb discourages cash payments.
