Feel at Sants Apartments (with kids)

absolutely awful experience. we didn’t even stay one night. the elevator is dangerous — multiple people got stuck in it, and staff seemed unfazed. on top of that, we found a bed bug in our room (photo attached) and had to evacuate immediately. despite having proof and leaving right away, the hotel is refusing to issue a refund. totally unacceptable. avoid this place at all costs.

THERE WAS A BEDBUG. AND INCREDIBLY RUDE. The check in process was also terrible, we were waiting outside of the building for 30 minutes in the scolding heat, with all of our suitcases, on the phone with the hosting company because nobody had given us a code...and the lady on the phone didn't even know the code so we had to wait for her to find it herself. The host ended up coming to let us in with...

Me and friends stayed here for 10 months in a study-abroad program. We absolutely loved our stay here. The landlords are amazing people, funny attentive and are quick to help you. Place itself is gorgeous and affordable. We couldn't be more happy. 100% recommend.

The accomodation was value for money . It was situated about 200m from the metro. The staff were very helpful. Only drawback is the Internet speed and coverage. One of the rooms had very poor coverage.

I had an exceptional stay at this apartment with my family of three for three nights. The space exceeded our expectations with more than enough room, a meticulously clean environment, and a particularly spacious living room. The organized kitchen made meal preparation a breeze, and the clean bathroom added to the overall comfort. A fantastic experience – five stars!
