Eric Vökel Boutique Apartments - Gran Vía Suites (couple trip)

Great location. We were promised a free breakfast package but we didn't receive it. The room is a good size but dark because of the layout. The beds are comfortable. One towel each for a four day stay - yuk! The shower is good. The kitchen is well stocked. I paid extra for a balcony but you couldn't sit on it. The website shows communal areas for sitting outside, there are none at this location.

I'm in hotel right now. Checked in last night and just got my welcoming package. Molded bread was not very welcoming. Pictures were taken ten minutes ago.

Property is located in central place of city. All types of foods and gift stores are near thr building. Apartments is excellent which has everything ready in the apartment. Very nice location. Stayed here with the family of six in one of the suites with multiple rooms. My only main issues were the lack of amenities and cleaning services. Overal place was clean and well maintained. The location is beside a main train station and in the heart of Barcelona a very good home base for tourist.

I spent a week at Eric’s recently. Many thanks to Julia and the rest of the staff for their caring service, they really make my stay very comfortable.
