Ally's Guest House Barcelona B&B (solo trip)

This is a two star hotel. One star for the bed and one star for the breakfast. The bathroom smells, the beds are super small children's roll-a-way size, the TV is a joke, everything is cheap and nasty. The woman who checked us in couldn't have been more unhelpful and belligerent. Perfect if you want a terrible place to stay in one of the most glorious cities in the world.

My room was dirctly over a bar, single glazing glass didn't block noise. Impossible to sleep. Room was clean with private batbroom. Breakfast fresh. Lady on evening duty was quite rude and seemed very inconvenienced when I asked her a question as she was chatting on tbe computer to her friends. A lovely little bed and breakfast which was quite easy to find. The door digital key is very unusual but when you work it out it very easy. The room was VERY clean and the sheets were very fresh smelling and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but enough to get you started for the day with plenty of tea and coffee. It's a great location with a very friendly host and easy to access. As it is in a rather central spt in Barcelona it can be a bit louder at night time, we used earplugs to sleep properly. But it's a loud city and this place is worth the stay. Breakfast is not much but perfectly fine including coffee, orange juice, cake, croissants (packed), toast, eggs etc. Would always come again.

The room it was very very small. No any windows at all. Very disappointed. I will say no breakfast ( one kiwi, one clementine and small can of pineapple- this is all fruits for all of us) My husband after "breakfast" get I'll very quickly , sick ;( .... the bathroom has windows for no where... not recommended.
