The parc is literally falling apart with steps and staircases crumbling. There’s a smell of pis everywhere, dead plants and garbage. The parc is also home to a part of the huge homeless population in Barcelona. Sad place to visit. Really ruins the view.

A very nice place overlooking the port on one side and the Barcelona city on the other side while the greenery and the arts is spectacular! It was a a nice place to visit, we spent like 30 minutes and then had a bite to eat on the Terrace . Highly recommended.

When is the best time to visit Mirador del Poble Sec (Barcelona, Spain)?

In spring (April–May) jacarandas bloom along the paths. In summer, go late afternoon for cooler shade under the pergola. In winter, wind can pick up on the terrace—bring a light jacket.
