Staff Leo Hwang was friendly to us and hospitable, the process was quick and easy and no issues with my booking. Great place, affordable and convenient. Would book here again.

The room is a good size, and has most everything you may need except air-con, and in temperature exceeding 27 degrees, that’s a must. The staff said “open a window”, but had previously advised us against that because of the noise. We stayed at Shilla Stay Guro for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, we were warned not to open the window in our 12th-floor room due to noise from the metro. The stay was perfect cannot complain about anything. The location is not so central but it’s well connected to areas like 홍대 and 강남. So it depends on what areas of the city you want to visit more often. The facilities were good, the hotel was spotless, staff was polite and available. I have no complaints. Would definitely stay at Shilla Stay again!
