We had issues with our Agoda booking, but the hotel (Hyun-ji, Junhyun, Heo) were extremely helpful in helping us get a free cancellation from Agoda. They didn’t need to go out of their way to help, but they did. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we are in Seoul.
