Location was excellent, very close to Yongsan station and ipark mall. Front service desk staff were decent. A promising hotel, but with several shortcomings. Housekeeping was subpar - there was quite a lot of dust throughout the room, and the rubbish was not cleared on one of the days. I doubt they change the sheets daily as well. Excellent hotel with a prime location next to Yongsan Station, surrounded by a charming neighborhood full of restaurants. Breakfast and service were outstanding. The gym, however, was disappointing and needs upgrades to truly enhance the stay.

Overall good experience , well maintained hotel with big rooms. If you travel in group of 4, then the quad room will perfectly fits your needs. Great location close to the Yongsan station and the shopping center , easy access to everywhere in the city by metro or busses.
