Niagara Hotel (with baby)

Good hotel creat view. Stayed twice.

I am staying right now at this hotel. I only stay at here because the price is ok, the view of the river is nice, and the location is close to places like Hongdae. Sadly, customer service is awful. They are stuck to the computer and they don't acknowledge the clients. I was waiting for them to ask me what I needed but they completely ignored me. Towels are all worn out, the phone in the room doesn’t work, they cut off AC even though outside temp is 76 degrees, just horrible. Never again here. Stay away from here.

The rooms were clean but the service was terrible. For example, maybe, this is because of a culture thing, but the members of staff never smile or never greet you in the reception - but this is surprising because the Korean culture is always strong on greeting except in the service industry, which is opposite to the Western way. Is this 5 star hotel? The former version, they bought franchise for the Best Western brand. For now, not anymore. Not sure about how many years this hotel has been built. But the quality and design of the building is not as modern as we expect. The curve shape of the building is a disadvantage. In a result, not all the rooms have square shape.
