this was my first stay at this hotel. Well located, beautifully appointed keeping a fine balance of being relevant, hip, luxurious and yet covering all aspects of hospitality that one would need without even asking. Everything was so perfect! The hotel is amazing. Incredibile breakfast, very nice rooms, may be a bit on the small side but as European I love that. Cleaning service was perfect, front desk was always quick and helpful. It is located in the perfect area, close to Myeongdong and also to Gagnam. Bars and restaurants are also very nice. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love it.

Really nice hotel in the neighbourhood of Itaewon. The location is really convenient, close to a busstop and 10 min walk to the metrostation. The pros: The hotel was beautiful and we had easy access to many shops in the basement. Service was great and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
